The Chartered Institute of Revenue and Fiscal Management of Nigeria (CIRFMAN), a professional body dedicated to the advancement, regulation, and promotion of excellence in revenue and fiscal management practices in Nigeria, thereby enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public financial management and contributing to the overall economic development of the nation, was established by the Senate through the passage of the Chartered Institute of Revenue and Fiscal Management Bill, 2025 (SB. 614). We aim to promote the education, research, consulting, capacity building and practice of revenue and fiscal management. We focus on strategies for registration, creation of database and segmentation of revenue payers and customers as well as techniques for revenue analysis, forecasting, mobilization, collection and optimization. We provide stakeholders with the current trends and strategies in the management and science of revenue in both private and public sectors of the economy.
We desire to collaborate with both public and private stakeholders in the establishment of revenue generation strategies to the attainment of sustainable economic development.
